Preamble

Alps Group attaches great importance to respecting the privacy of the people with whom it maintains relations. Through this privacy policy, Alps Group undertakes to protect the privacy of the people whose data is processed in the context of the use of its website or when posting various content on social networks.

This privacy policy provides complete and transparent information on how Alps Group collects and processes your personal data in these cases. Personal data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Alps Group may process your personal data when you visit its website and when you interact with Client through its website (e.g. contact form, etc.). All data processing complies with the principles of data protection, in particular the requirements relating to the purposes of the processing, the security of the data and the duration of its retention.

Google Analytics

On our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer, which enable us to analyse your use of our website and improve its performance.

In exceptional cases, your full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then shortened there. Google Ireland Limited uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Your consent is the legal basis for this data processing. You can refuse the use of cookies by Google by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser and revoke your consent at any time, with effect for the future. However, this may prevent the use of certain features of our website. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate security of your personal data and to prevent any breach of security that would accidentally or unlawfully result in the loss of your personal data, its modification, deletion, disclosure or unauthorised access to it. Our security measures are regularly updated according to technological developments.

Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. to meet our contractual and legal obligations or when we have a legitimate interest. Your personal data is in principle deleted or destroyed as soon as it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected.
