Compliance Certification 2006/42/CE

Issuance of a CE compliance declaration certifying that the equipment meets the requirements of the “Machine” Directive 2006/42/CE, the future regulation 2023/1230.

This “Alps Safety” CE certificate is accompanied by the necessary studies, tests, and proofs of compliance: risk analysis, PL calculations, and electrical and functional testing.

  • For machine manufacturers, we issue an “external” CE Certificate
  • For modified, retrofitted, or internally manufactured machines, we issue a CE Certificate
  • Certification of machine assemblies: A certification for an assembly of machines, whether individually certified or not, is mandatory

Retrofit and CE Compliance

We prepare a Safety Technical File (risk analysis ISO 12100:2010, PL calculations ISO 13849-1, electrical testing EN60204-1, etc.) to demonstrate the compliance of modified machines according to applicable regulations.
